"Mexican Ambassador's Visit to Desh Bhagat University Strengthens India-Mexico Academic and Business Ties"
Movastacon Foundation hosted the Mexican Ambassador to India, H.E. Federico Salas Lotfe, at the Desh Bhagat University, Punjab, for an interactive session with the students.
An interactive academic session was organized jointly by the Desh Bhagat University and the Movastacon Foundation for the DBU students with Chief Guest H.E. Federico Salas Lotfe, Mexican Ambassador to India, along with other dignitaries such as Dr. Zora Singh, Hon'ble Chancellor DBU; Shri. Mohit Srivastava, Founder President, Movastacon Foundation; Dy. Speaker of the Punjab Assembly; Adv. Praveen Singh, Vice Chairman of the Punjab Medium Industry Development Board; and other high officials from the Desh Bhagat University.
During the session, the Mexican Ambassador, Excellency Federico Salas, remarked about the India-Mexico relations and the role that Punjab can play in enhancing business and academic ties. Ambassador Salas further added, "Punjab is well known for best agricultural practices and high potential of industrial growth, which is certainly key concerns for Mexico as well. I am sure this understanding would further grow with positive effort by friendly institutions such as
Movastacon Foundation and Desh Bhagat University".
Considering the high demand for academic exchanges, the Mexican Envoy invited the DBU Chancellor to further strengthen bondings with Mexican universities, to which the Hon'ble DBU Chancellor, Dr. Zora Singh, remarked, "Since last year, we are very particular about our international connectivity outreach, and we have our presences in Saint Vincent, Mexico, the UAE, America, and growing. Furthermore, I want more and more Mexican students to learn from Desh Bhagat University ''.
Last year, Desh Bhagat University official Mr. Arun Malik visited Mexico along with the Foundation President of Movastacon Foundation, Mr. Mohit Srivastava. To highlight this, Mr. Srivastava said, "Our visit to Mexico last year has already resulted in singing key understanding in Mexico, and furthermore, we are keen to enhance our cooperation with this Latin American country, especially in the field of Latin studies, business connectivity, academic exchanges, and policy recommendations.".
Movastacon Foundation's principal forum, 'Centre for Harnessing Alliances in International Relations (CHAIR), is continuously at the forefront to organize more and more programs to promote Mexican understandings in India and to further elaborate cooperation with strategic policy frameworks. To a great good, Desh Bhagat University announced a scholarship program for 100 meritorious Mexican students along with the Himalaya Club Trust and Movastacon Foundation and presented the draft to the Mexican Ambassador Federico Salas. Movastacon Foundation also announced the Highest Movastacon honor upon the Mexican Ambassador, H.E. Federico Salas, for his exemplary dedication and contribution in the field of diplomacy and the Lifetime Achievement Award upon Dr. Zora Singh, DBU Chancellor, for extraordinary contribution in the field of education and international academia.
